RETURNING YOUR ORDER
If you receive your order and it is wrong/faulty/not what you wanted,don't like the colour/,then please contact us before returning your order,either via email or phone,Tel:01202 775588. This will help us know what we are expecting back.
Please return items back to us within 30 days of purchase,or the end of January in the event of unwanted Christmas Presents.
Please include your receipt as proof of purchase or a photocopy if you require it for your records. Please always include a note with your returned goods stating your name, reason for return and how the item was ordered (website or telephone). This helps us to locate your order details and sort out returns/exchanges as quickly as possible. Goods returned for exchange or refund MUST be in mint, unused, re-saleable condition, with all clothing tags/packaging/etc. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Saddles are one of those items that what someone may find comfortable another cyclist will find painfull. Because of this, we cannot accept any saddles back for a refund that have been fitted to seatposts and used. We will only accept back saddles that have not been used together with all packaging/labels that the saddle came with.

Refunds will be carried out as soon as possible, although please allow up to 30 days. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your account.This is due to the banking system and is out of our control.
We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery with which to return goods to us. We will not be held responsible if you are returning goods back to us and they do not arrive.
