As a small business we have limited resources and as such we do not offer to deduct VAT from our prices for non-UK residents. If we did this we would be inundated with extra paperwork and so we prefer to leave it up to non-UK customers to claim the VAT back from HM Customs and Excise directly. Certain items we will not send due to their nature e.g CO2 air pumps and canistors,liquids, anything pressurised, energy food, weight, length, restrictions on certain countries import criteria, etc.
Overseas orders will only be despatched once checks have been authorised on payments. We reserve the right not to send any goods to any country.
