UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post or Parcelforce. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery after the order has been sent.Large and heavy items,e.g turbo trainers and workstands,will be sent by Parcelforce(UK Mainland only).

We aim to despatch orders as quickly as we can but we cannot guarantee same day despatch and we cannot guarantee 'next day' delivery. Orders placed on Friday's and Saturday's may not get despatched until the following Tuesday. This also applies to orders placed on Sunday's and Monday's.

During peak summer season (April to September) please allow additional time for orders to be processed and delivered.We recommend allowing at least one week if you are ordering for an event e.g charity bike ride,triathlon etc.

ALL ORDERS SENT WILL HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR. If you are not in then the Postman should leave you a card informing you to collect your order from your nearest depot.Please note: we have no control over how the Postal Service operates and we will not be held liable for late/delayed orders.If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timescale then do contact us. The Royal Mail does not claim that a parcel is missing until 14 days after posting.

In the case of us sending orders using Parcelforce:We can deliver goods to a work address for Parcelforce deliveries if this is more convinient for you.Parcelforce can deliver anytime between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only. Even though Parcelforce operate a "Next Day" service, this cannot be guaranteed as their operations are out of our control.Orders sent to Scotland and Northern Ireland may take 2-4 days.
